Autumn is the time when leaves fall to the ground, begin to decompose to create a fertile ground, and leave the potential for growth for the spring . 

It’s no coincidence that nature provides abundance of fruit to boost our immunity at this time of year!

During this season, our lungs are more susceptible to respiratory issues and they need more support to weather this seasonal change. 

Every seasonal shift brings about different foods that will best support our bodies at that time. We will always do best when we eat seasonally and enjoy nicely cooked warm foods . 

As the days get shorter, less daylight we should be encouraged to slow down and give the body a chance to catch up.
